Our Services

Blast. Coat. Cure. Deliver.

Two sandblast booths, the Northwest's largest powder coating oven, a dedicated paint booth, duplex systems, and intumescent fireproofing — all in one facility.

Our Services

Five Services. One Roof.

Equipped with two sandblast booths, the Northwest's largest powder coating oven, and a dedicated paint booth, our facility is built to handle your project — from small components to oversized structural steel.

01 — Sandblasting

Surface Preparation

Every great coating starts with great prep. Our abrasive blasting removes rust, mill scale, old paint, weld spatter, and steel imperfections, leaving a clean, anchored profile that ensures maximum coating adhesion and service life. With two dedicated booths — including one with a full-floor media recovery system — we blast efficiently on everything from small parts to full trailer loads of structural steel.

  • Superior surface preparation for optimal coating adhesion
  • Removes rust, steel imperfections, and other abnormalities
  • Blast profiles matched to your specified coating system

02 — Powder Coating

Industrial Powder Coating

Our powder coating line is unmatched in the Northwest, anchored by the region's largest curing oven at 65 feet. That capacity lets us finish projects most shops have to turn away — long structural members, light poles, guardrail runs, and oversized equipment — alongside everyday production parts. Powder delivers a tough, uniform finish that outperforms conventional paint in chip resistance, color retention, and corrosion protection.

  • Superior durability and chip resistance
  • Vibrant, long-lasting colors in a wide range of textures
  • Enhanced corrosion protection for indoor and outdoor service

03 — Liquid Coatings

Industrial Painting

When the spec calls for liquid systems, our dedicated 56-foot paint booth delivers. We apply zinc-rich primers, high-solids epoxies, and urethanes engineered for heavy-duty protection in harsh environments — marine exposure, chemical service, and infrastructure that has to last. Each coat is applied to measured mil thickness for a smooth, even finish that meets your exact specification.

  • Zinc-rich primers for sacrificial corrosion protection
  • High-solids epoxies and urethanes
  • Enamels and acrylic/latex systems
  • Non-skid coatings for decks and walkways

04 — Maximum Protection

Duplex Coating

For the longest possible service life, a duplex system pairs hot-dip galvanizing with a powder or liquid topcoat. We specialize in the topcoat side: bring us your galvanized steel and we'll sweep blast, prep, and apply a powder or liquid finish engineered to bond to zinc. The zinc layer provides sacrificial corrosion protection while the topcoat adds color, UV resistance, and a second barrier. The combined system typically lasts significantly longer than either coating alone, making it ideal for marine, coastal, and critical infrastructure applications.

  • Powder or liquid topcoats applied over hot-dip galvanized steel
  • Maximum corrosion resistance for the harshest environments
  • Full color and finish options over galvanized steel
How It Works Have your steel hot-dip galvanized by the galvanizer of your choice, then send it to us — we handle sweep blasting, surface prep, and topcoat application.

05 — Fire Protection

Intumescent Coatings

We shop-apply intumescent fire-resistive coatings for structural steel. These thin-film coatings look like conventional paint in service, but when exposed to fire they expand many times their thickness into an insulating char that slows steel from reaching failure temperature — providing rated fire resistance while preserving the clean profile of exposed steel. Shop application in our controlled paint booth means consistent film thickness, documented QC, and less costly on-site work for your erector.

  • Fire-resistive protection for structural steel
  • Ideal for architecturally exposed structural steel (AESS)
  • Controlled shop application with measured film thickness
  • Compatible primers and topcoats applied in the same facility
Dedicated Capacity Two dedicated fireproofing bays keep intumescent work separate from production coating — contact estimating with your fire-rating spec for system recommendations.
